Unflued Gas Heaters
Replacement of Unflued Gas Heaters with Flued Gas Heaters at 21 Central West Schools. The project included elements of design as the scope and requirements for heaters were modified by the size of rooms and requirements of the various schools. Approximately 470 heaters were replaced with logistics including setting up each site safely, liaising with several contacts at the number of schools, recording and documenting the heaters removed as well as the heaters supplied and providing those records to the client. Producing work as executed drawings for every heater was included in our scope. We finished the project on time with minimal disruptions to schools and dealt with the complexity of the programme efficiently and effectively.
